At Monday, September 22, 2014 regular neighborhood meeting, Transportation Chair Angel Falconer commented about the potential of residential parking permit regulation changes next year.
Conversations are beginning to find out if the existing Parking Permit Regulation adopted in 1993 will be suitable when TriMet’s Portland-Milwaukie light rail “Orange Line” opens September 13, 2015, including Downtown Milwaukie Station.
Ardenwald residents are being advised of the changes because of the neighborhood’s close proximity to Tacoma Street/Johnson Creek Station. Several residents near the new Tacoma Street Station are city of Portland residents within the Ardenwald-Johnson Creek boundary.
