Ardenwald-Johnson Creek Neighborhood Association has filed an appeal on City of Portland Bureau of Development Services decision on case LU 23-231651 (NU). The BDS approved Eastmoreland Raquet and Courts Club’s proposal for non-conforming use of its property.
