The Ardenwald Summer Concerts in the Park schedule features four concerts for 2020. Unlike last year, this year August has four Thursdays. All concerts are at the Ardenwald Park on SE Roswell St. across from Ardenwald Elementary School, from 7:00 p.m. to dusk.
National Night Out is a festivity only on Thursday, August 6, featuring public safety representatives from Portland and Milwaukie. The festivities start at 6:00 p.m., before the concert.
- August 6: The Nu Wavers (Cover band of college radio classics, alternative, mainstream)
- August 13: Seymour Baker Band (Folk, Blues, Americana, Rock Country and Gospel)
- August 20: Brianna Renea (Original Country music inspired by 80’s rock and 90’s country)
- August 27: Kathryn Grimm and the Blues Tools (Sultry Electric Blues)
Food and beverages from vendors are for sale at the concerts.
Ardenwald Park’s small amphitheater with spacious grass area makes for enjoyable concert watching. The park also features a play structure for children.
