The Clackamas County Fire District #1 is on the scene at Precision Cast Parts on Johnson Creek Blvd. in response to a hazardous material release Wednesday afternoon around 6 p.m., with a cloud heading into a Portland neighborhood. The fire department says neighbors behind Precision Cast Parts are going to be asked to take shelter.
