You know the “Welcome to Ardenwald” sign on Johnson Creek Blvd., near the Davis Graveyard? The sign and its nearby terrace are a bit overgrown, so it’s time to do some weeding and trimming to tidy things up, so the sign can give folks a proper welcome to our neighborhood!
So come on down and lend a hand! Bear in mind that this is not a Parks & Rec event, so we don’t have loads of gloves and tools to lend. If possible, please bring your own gardening gloves (because blackberry fights back!) and your weapon of choice: shovel, trowel, clippers, etc.
And we will be providing snacks and drinks! So that’s something.
