The Hector Campbell NDA will meet on Monday, December 14 at 6:30 p.m. to discuss the Monroe Apartments development. The development isn’t in the Ardenwald/Johnson Creek neighborhood, but due its close proximity you are invited to attend, learn more, and ask questions if you would like to do so.

The meeting will include city staff, a representative from DEQ, and the developer to provide information about the project and answer questions. The agenda is now posted at the link above and includes an informational sheet with project facts that you can review prior to the meeting to learn more.
Correction by City of Milwaukie (12/11/2020, 8:15 p.m. PT): A previous email included some incorrect information about this meeting. It said that the Monroe Apartments development is not within the Ardenwald/Johnson Creek NDA. That is not true. The development does lie within the Ardenwald/Johnson Creek NDA’s boundaries. We apologize for that mistake. The meeting is being hosted by the Hector Campbell NDA due to a holiday scheduling conflict with the Ardenwald/Johnson Creek NDA’s meeting in December.
