Heads up the Hector Campbell Neighborhood Association will include the discussion of the proposed Monroe Apartments at their meeting Monday, Sept. 9, 2019. The meeting is at the Milwaukie Public Safety Building, 3200 SE Harrison St. in Milwaukie, at 7:00 p.m.

The Hector Campbell NDA Community Meeting onSeptember 9, 2019 will begin at 7p.m. to discuss the Monroe Apartments development proposal. The proposal is for a multi-family development consisting of 3-story buildings along Monroe St. and 37th Ave. and a 5-story building in the center rear of the site. Learn more about the application that was approved for a height variance for this proposal.
The 7 p.m. meeting will include an informational meeting with the city’s planning staff, Johnson Development, and DEQ. All are welcome to attend.
