The City of Milwaukie is proposing a monthly Safe Access For Everyone (SAFE) fee to cover the funding of ramps and sidewalk improvements to bring the community in compliance with the American Disability Act (ADA). The proposed fee would be imposed on both residential and commercial properties. A public forum will be held on Monday, October 10, 2016, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Public Safety Building, 3200 SE Harrison St., Milwaukie.
