A single car crash Wednesday morning has deactivated the traffic signal at SE Johnson Creek Blvd. and SE 32nd Ave. The vehicle apparently knocked out the signal control box on the west side of SE 32nd Ave. Police, fire, and medical were at the scene.
The cause of the crash is not known.
Drivers should be aware that the intersection should be treated as a three-way stop, and yield for pedestrians in the marked crosswalk.
Update June 30, 2016: The signal has been repaired and is operational again.
