A TriMet MAX Type II light rail vehicle crawled its way over the Tillamook Crossing bridge and halted at the SE Mailwell St. crossing. This vehicle was performing tests under its own power for the new 7.5-mile Portland-Milwaukie light rail “Orange” line on April 12, 2015. This “not in service” car, No. 211, would be the first MAX car to reach Milwaukie.
