Intersection construction and signal installation work will resume on November 17th at the intersection at SE Johnson Creek Boulevard and SE 32nd. Avenue within Portland city limits..
Jennifer Koozer, TriMet Community Affairs representative, says for the first few weeks workers will be constructing a short retaining wall on the north side of SE Johnson Creek Blvd. to accommodate road widening for a turn lane.
Traffic will continue to operate with the three-way stop, with some flagging during this phase.
The signal poles have already been partially installed.
Some trees were removed in February prior to the construction work that began in early August.
