Historic Milwaukie resident, Ed Zumwalt, was nominated 2012 Volunteer of the Year at the Milwaukie City Council on Tuesday night. The video of the presentation is now available online at City of Milwaukie’s website.
In addition, councilors Joe Loomis and Greg Chaimov were recognized Tuesday night for their service to the community while on the Milwaukie City Council.
